Permitted use

Pulse signals are for your personal use or internal business use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish signals or data from Pulse without written permission from Kredal. Automated scraping of the Telegram channel or any Pulse interface is not permitted.

API access (Pro)

When Pro API access launches, separate API terms will apply. API subscribers may integrate signal data into their own products subject to those terms and applicable rate limits.

Pulse is in active development. We do not guarantee uptime, signal cadence, or continuity of any particular feature. We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
